The FH-10 controls the speed of your fans based on the PWM sync cable being plugged into a PWM enabled fan header on your motherboard. Your fans would also need to be PWM enabled (4 pin fan connectors). Please note that you would need to have a PWM fan plugged into the FAN 1 port, as that is the port where the speed of the fan would be read by the fan header.
